In 2010, Learning Media along with regional School Support Services and other providers will be facilitating Reading and Writing National Standards workshops.  These workshops will focus on implementing the reading and writing standards and will build on your knowledge of effective literacy classroom practice and effective literacy leadership in order to improve student outcomes. 

Learning Media would like to continue working with schools that we have worked with in the past to ensure that there is consistency in the building of knowledge. These workshops and the flexible response are part of the Ministry of Education’s Professional Development Plan for the implementation of the National Standards. Find more information here
