Inspection Copies

To order copies for inspection, fill out the order form requesting the items you would like to view. If you wish to return these, please call our Customer Services team within 14 days for a full refund. Customer Services will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions on how to return them. Please ensure that you follow these instructions in order to receive a refund.

Returns Policy

Learning Media Direct is committed to providing quality resources. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt of product. We will refund your money, provided that the books have not been marked or stamped in anyway.

Please call our Customer Services team on 0800 800 565 for instructions on how to return your order. Please ensure that you follow these instructions in order to receive a refund.

Please note: Kits, including Write Tools, W.R.A.P and The Skyrider Shared Reading Sets are not available for inspection due to the nature of the product and are non-refundable items.

Payment

For individual customers (not New Zealand schools or account holders), payment may be made by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

For international customers, please contact our Customer Services team for more information.

Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

Export Policy

Goods purchased through Learning Media Direct are not to be commercially exported without the expression permission of Learning Media Limited.
